Most of our items are covered by our manufacturer's limited warranty for 1 year against any manufacturing defects. Please email us if you have warranty questions.
We accept returns on un-used items in their original condition within 14 days of you receiving the item. Please contact Outlaw Cycle Products first to get an RMA number (return authorization number) before returning your item(s). Please include a copy of your receipt and make sure all packages are shipped with tracking information and insured against loss or damage. Shipping expenses for correctly shipped orders cannot be reimbursed.

We ALWAYS ship to the address shown on your paypal payment. If you want to ship to a different address-you must email us FAST. We often ship same or next day.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS DUTIES
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & REFUND - CLAIMS FOR LOSS
Procedure for Claims & lost item refunds. Our insurance company makes us wait 45 days to initiate an insurance claim for lost articles. If your item has not arrived within 45 days of shipping date-we will need a signed letter (not an email) from you (preferable in English) stating that your purchased item did not arrive. AS SOON AS WE GET THIS LETTER FROM YOU STATING YOUR ITEM DID NOT ARRIVE-YOU WILL GET A FULL REFUND INCLUDING SHIPPING. A loss is VERY RARE. Most items outside the U.S. arrive between 1 and 2 weeks. Some countries are fast to process customs items (Canada-Australia-UK) and some countries are slow (Italy-Austria-Germany). We have no control over the speed of shipping after the item is mailed by us. We process your order very fast and often cannot track your item once it leaves the U.S. Please be patient. Nearly all people who email us about their article not arriving and often those who wanted us to start an insurance claim eventually get their package in the mail.
